Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey School Nurse Certificate or Registered Nurse License
Minimum experience as determined by the board
Demonstrated expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures
Knowledge of child growth and development, community and family dynamics, current health issues, and wellness education
Knowledge of community health and social services resources and ability to communicate effectively with non-school health professionals and social service agencies
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status
Salary & Benefits:
Per the established salary guide ranging from $56,000 - $105,677
Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits.
