Elementary School Principal (effective August 1, 2026)

The Plain Local School District, Canton, Ohio, is seeking applicants for the position of Principal.

The Plain Local School's mission is "Providing the Plain Community with exceptional education that is personalized, relevant and provides opportunities for students to create a better world through global understanding and respect." The district serves 5,700 students in nine buildings and is ranked among the highest performing schools in the Stark County area.

The Plain Local School District has six elementary buildings and serves close to 2,000 students in the school district.

The successful candidate must:

The successful candidate will be expected to provide evidence of and discuss previous highly successful leadership experiences with levels of expectations consistent to this opportunity. Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Ohio Principals license.
