Elementary School Principal (position includes working with an assistant principal)

Inspire Learning

• Lead the development and implementation of a shared vision for high levels of learning for every student.
• Promote and support high-quality instructional practices that improve student achievement.
• Use data and evidence-based practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Build a Positive School Culture
• Foster a safe and secure learning environment where every child feels connected and supported.
• Create a culture of belonging, respect, and high expectations for students and staff.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Principal to establish and maintain positive behavior expectations and effective discipline systems.

Develop and Empower Staff

• Recruit, select, and support outstanding educators and staff members.
• Provide differentiated professional learning opportunities that help employees grow and excel.
• Build collective efficacy and a collaborative culture where everyone is committed to student success.

Lead Through Relationships

• Build strong partnerships with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Communicate openly, honestly, and effectively with all members of the school community.
• Serve as a visible and approachable leader who is actively involved in school activities, extracurricular events, and community functions.
