Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in appropriate area of concentration.
• Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required.
• Have at least five (5) years of successful experience as a teacher in a school setting (Standard Teaching Certificate).

Administrator's Salary Guide (Elementary Principals): $120,000 - $140,000 based on certifications, degree, and experience. Entitled to benefits consistent with NAAA contract.
