    Elementary School Psychologist - Rise Program Assistant Director of Special Education / Building Principal Overview The School Psychologist - Rise Program is responsible for the oversight and implementation of a specialized program designed to support students with emotional disabilities. This role involves delivering specially designed instruction, facilitating skill-building interventions, conducting psychological evaluations, providing consultation to staff, and serving as a liaison among students, families, and service providers to promote emotional regulation, behavioral success, and academic engagement. Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination and Oversight Lead the development and implementation of individualized and group-based supports for students with emotional disabilities. Monitor the fidelity and effectiveness of interventions and adjust programming as needed based on data and student progress. Coordinate with school and district-level staff to align emotional support programming with IEP goals and district policies. Psychological Evaluation and Assessment Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students within the emotional support program as part of initial evaluations, reevaluations, and ongoing eligibility determinations. Administer and interpret cognitive, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive assessments in alignment with state and federal guidelines.
