The Antigo Unified School District is seeking a highly organized, student-centered School Secretary to support daily operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a District experiencing significant growth following the successful passage of a 54 million dollar referendum to build a new elementary school, reflecting the strong commitment to public education.

This full-time school year position provides administrative and clerical support to the school office, assists with student records and attendance, communicates with families, and helps ensure smooth daily operations within the building. This person will train at North and West Elementary schools before transitioning to John H. Bradley Elementary School once it opens during the 2026-27 school year.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will possess a high school diploma, or higher education, strong organizational and multitasking skills, advanced technical skills required for working with the District's student information system and other electronic data systems, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate success working in a service-focused, collaborative, and fast-paced office environment.
School secretary or prior office experience preferred.
