The Rockport Public Schools is seeking a highly-skilled, dynamic educational administrator to serve as the Supervisor of Students at Rockport Elementary School. In collaboration with the building principal and their elementary school colleagues, the Supervisor of Students is responsible for fostering an inclusionary culture that allows students to feel a sense of belonging that is grounded in social, emotional and physical safety; provides opportunities for impactful relationships with peers and school adults; and is focused on personalized growth. The Supervisor of Students will support schoolwide efforts to manage student behavior and attendance. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for all aspects of the position.
