POSITION: Elementary School Teacher START DATE: AUGUST 2025 Responsible to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Responsible for working effectively with a team of paraprofessionals, teachers, administrators, parents and District office staff with the purpose of providing quality educational services for each and every student, each and every day, without exception. DUTIES: * Provide instruction rooted in the Colorado Academic Standards in language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, and health. * Engage students through a variety of instructional models including Direct Instruction, Small Group Instruction, Station Rotation Model, Collaborative Groups, and Independent Study/Practice. * Complete in a timely, accurate manner, roster and/or caseload reports * Continually and appropriately incorporate the use of technology in the presentation and delivery of instruction to students. * Continually monitor and adjust students instruction through the use of differentiation in such a manner as to enable the student to demonstrate proficiency toward state standards. * Demonstrate effective use of oral and written communications in the completion of daily assigned duties. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum B.A/B.S degree in teaching from an accredited institution in the appropriate special education area. * Two years of full-time elementary level teaching experience. * Colorado Teaching License * Criminal Background Check required for hire * Clean driving record WAGE: $48,000 - $75,163/ Year - based on education and experience BENEFITS: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Life insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, Employee Assistance Program, and Local Incentives.
