St. Paul Lutheran School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Elementary Teacher to join our close-knit school family. Christ is at the center of all we do\u2014guiding our teaching, our relationships, and our daily walk together as staff and students.\n \nMission:\n \nTo nurture each child academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially in a Christ-centered environment, equipping them to grow in faith, knowledge, and service.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in core elementary subjects\n Integrate Christian faith and values into all areas of teaching and classroom life\n Foster a safe, caring, and respectful classroom environment rooted in Christ's love\n Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff\n Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners\n Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding student progress\n Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide goals and a unified Christian culture\n Participate in school events, devotions, and activities that support the mission of the school\n \nYou must have a valid Nebraska teaching certificate to apply, and a commitment to the Christian faith and a willingness to model it in daily interactions. Base salary begins at $38,504 with additional steps to include years of service and post grade education and a wonderful benefit plan.
