Job Summary
We are seeking highly qualified and dedicated elementary school teachers to join our instructional team. Teaching assignments may be available at either LaVerne Elementary Preparatory Academy, with two campuses in Hesperia, or Desert Trails Preparatory Academy in Adelanto. All campuses operate as independent charter schools. Our schools are recognized as a California Distinguished School and a National Blue Ribbon School, distinctions that demonstrate our commitment to academic excellence and student success. Elementary teachers play an important role in shaping the educational journey of our students by fostering intellectual, social, and emotional growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a positive, engaging, and academically rigorous classroom environment that cultivates curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning. This role requires demonstrated instructional expertise, effective classroom management, and a commitment to addressing the diverse needs of all learners.
