Position Overview
The Elementary Teacher will deliver engaging, standards-based instruction that builds strong foundations in literacy, math, science, and social development. Teachers at CGW are expected to create joyful, structured, and high-expectation classrooms.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Valid North Carolina Teaching License (or eligibility for licensure)
Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience (preferred/required, based on your hiring standard)
Strong classroom management and instructional delivery skills
Demonstrated commitment to student achievement, equity, and culturally responsive teaching practices
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive instructional decisions
Strong collaboration, communication, and team engagement skills
