Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a caseload of students.
Adapt general education lessons to meet the specific needs of learners.
Provide small-group and one-on-one instruction in core subjects.
Track student progress and lead annual IEP meetings with parents and specialists.
Collaborate with classroom teachers and therapists to ensure student success.
Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
