Elementary Special Education Teacher (SPED) - Full-Time
EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate ElementarySpecial Education Teachers to support students in Philadelphia, PA for the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, school administrators, and families to support student success.
Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, and social growth.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district requirements.
Qualifications:
Emergency License considered and valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License (preferred)-
Minimum one year of experience in a Special Education classroom.
Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and progress monitoring.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
