    Job Description

    Make a lasting difference and help young students find their voice and reach their full potential! As an Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist with Cross Country Education, you’ll help students in New Castle, DE build essential communication skills while collaborating with a supportive school team.

    Position Overview 

    • Provide speech-language services to elementary students to support communication, language development, and successful participation in the educational environment.
    • Collaborate with students, families, teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to support individualized student needs and positive educational outcomes.
    • Apply evidence- and research-based strategies to promote student communication, learning, and achievement.
    • Deliver services in person or remotely as needed, while maintaining accurate documentation and following established service requirements.

    Qualifications 

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Valid or eligible for a Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
    • School-based or pediatric experience working with elementary students preferred
