Primary Purpose:
Provide targeted data-driven small-group math intervention to elementary students to strengthen foundational skills and support academic growth. Create intervention lessons based on student needs and assessment data.
Qualifications:
• Valid Texas teaching certificate • Elementary or related field • Strong knowledge of elementary math concepts and intervention strategies • Understanding of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) • Ability to analyze and use assessment data to guide instruction • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
• Provide small-group math intervention based on student assessment data • Plan and deliver lessons aligned to TEKS and individual student needs • Monitor and document student progress • Adjust instruction based on data and student performance • Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student achievement and communicate progress
