Elementary Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering instruction the supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of students. They should create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment while meeting the needs of all learners. He/She will be responsible for creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement. They must maintain accurate records of students performance, attendance, and behavior, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students progress and classroom activities. They must work well with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and school events.
