REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge of education requirements and procedures for classroom implementation • Knowledge of developmental milestones and learning development • Ability to work as a team member with staff, parents and community DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan and oversee developmentally appropriate lessons for students • All other classroom teacher duties • Work closely with parents CONDITIONS: • Salary – Placement on the certificated salary schedule based on education and years of experience • Salary Range: $60,759 to $120,111 • Masters Degree Stipend $1,500/year or Doctorate Degree Stipend $2,000/year • 90+ Units Post Bachelor's Degree $3,500/year • Placement in a Dual Language Immersion classroom Stipend $1,200/year (Requires BCLAD in Spanish) • 187 work days per school year
