Instruction & Student Learning

  • Plan and deliver standards-based instruction that meets the diverse academic needs of students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid state teaching license/certification appropriate for elementary grades.
  • Knowledge of child development and effective instructional practices.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to use educational technology and student data systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing differentiated instruction and intervention strategies.
  • Experience with standards-based grading and assessment practices.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI).
