Position Details

POSITION: Elementary Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS: ZA Endorsement preferred. Appropriately Certified.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: The teacher will provide support to students in areas

associated with academic instruction, but must be prepared to

provide daily living skills, behavior/emotional needs, personal

care, and/or social concerns when needed.

Have a passion and desire for working with elementary

students.

Must have a willingness to learn and collaborate with a

team as well as have a willingness to serve on committees

and be involved in school functions.

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Maintain student safety in all situations and utilize

effective CPI practices.

Communicate professionally and build positive

relationships with students, staff, administrators, parents,

and community.

Be polite, courteous and tactful.

Utilize technology for productivity and communication,

including record keeping for grades and behaviors.

Must have a superb work attendance for school as well as

be involved in professional learning opportunities.

Other duties requested by Superintendent.

SALARY: Per Master Contract
