The right candidate should have strong classroom management skills and leadership qualities, demonstrate initiative and organization, possess great written and verbal communication skills, and have experience teaching elementary school students. Montessori experience is preferred. Florida state certification and/or the ability to become state certified is a must.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Required education:

• Bachelor's degree, minimum

Required license or certification:

• Florida State Teaching Certification in Elementary Education, required or eligible to obtain
• Montessori Teaching Credential, preferred or willing to obtain
