Candidates for this role may be required to complete pre-work that analyzes their prior year student data, including results, gaps, successes, actions taken to bridge gaps, and a plan to improve outcomes.
Annual contract renewal is contingent upon the teacher's annual performance review, student outcome progress, professional responsibilities, and overall effectiveness in meeting the expectations of the role.
Teachers hired after July 1, 2026, will have a one (1) year probationary period.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education or related subject required.
State of Florida teaching licensure and credentials.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred, with evidence of student academic growth and strong instructional practice.
Experience working with students from an ethnically diverse, urban population preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to plan, lead and participate in activities.
