Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in all core subject areas.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom culture that promotes academic achievement and character development.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments and use data to drive instruction.
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate student progress with parents and school leadership.
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into daily instruction.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Maintain effective classroom management that encourages student responsibility and respect.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Florida Educator Certificate or Statement of Eligibility in Elementary Education.
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for helping elementary students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Previous elementary teaching experience is preferred.
