About the Job: Tutors will provide bilingual (Spanish) support to 3rd through 5th-grade students by supporting teachers directly in their classrooms to help students build confidence and achieve academic success. Subjects of focus will be math and ELA to prepare for state exams,

• In-Person Programs: $27/hr - $30/hr

As an Education Champion, youll provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep. Qualities We Seek:

• Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
• Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at assigned school(s)
• Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.
