Pay Rate: $18.35 per Hour
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to support the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Program in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals return to the workforce and who thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
This assignment is expected to start immediately and continue through the end of July.
About the Role
The Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) plays a key role in supporting job seekers through workforce development services, career guidance, and reemployment assistance. This position focuses on customer engagement, appointment coordination, follow-up activities, and light case management support to help individuals successfully transition back into employment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
