Silver Birch Living is coming to Bedford Heights!

We're opening Silver Birch of Bedford Heights in Early 2027 - an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Bedford Heights area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.

Are you passionate about supporting our growing senior population? Do you want to make a meaningful impact at an Assisted Living community that prioritizes exceptional resident care? We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Eligibility Coordinator to help residents and their families navigate the move-in process with ease and compassion.

What You'll Do

As our Eligibility Coordinator, you will play a key role in welcoming new residents to our community. You will:

• Work closely with residents and families to gather and complete required documentation for eligibility and move-in.
• Support residents through application and renewal process.
• Coordinate assessments and appointments with all necessary parties.
• Communicate regularly with external agencies, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare administrative files and submit documentation for approval.
• Ensure tax credit financial eligibility requirements are met and maintain compliance.
• Serve as a trusted guide and resource for residents and families during their transition.
• Conduct tours and manage inside sales activities to drive occupancy and achieve sales goals.

What You Bring

• Experience in senior living or housing management (preferred).
• Background in inside sales or leasing (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience working with state service agencies such as Medicaid, HUD, or LIHTC.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; (Associate degree preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
