ELEMIS are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Elite Aesthetician to represent our luxury skincare brand in the field. This role is responsible for driving spa service bookings, delivering exceptional facial treatments, executing brand events, providing professional education, and supporting retail partners across the region. 

The ideal candidate combines advanced skincare expertise, strong sales skills, presentation skills, and education skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with spa partners, retailers, and internal teams. When not conducting events or education sessions, the Aesthetician will provide field support to increase brand awareness, treatment adoption, retail performance, and service bookings. 

This role requires extensive travel (approx. 70%) within the assigned territory and periodic travel to support national brand events, product launches, and education summits. 

What You Will Do:



1. Spa Service & Treatment Excellence 

  • Perform luxury brand facial treatments and advanced skincare services aligned with brand protocols. 
  • Demonstrate and deliver signature facial techniques that showcase product efficacy and elevate the customer experience. 
  • Drive spa and treatment room bookings by supporting partner spas with service activation and promotional opportunities. 
  • Train spa partners on correct treatment protocols, product usage, and service enhancements. 
  • Ensure the highest standard of service execution, reinforcing the prestige positioning of the brand. 
  • Support spas in optimizing treatment menus and service offerings to drive brand visibility and revenue. 
  • Provide feedback on treatment performance, customer experience, and service trends. 

2. Events & Brand Experiences
 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, masterclasses, spa takeovers, and retail activations. 
  • Deliver engaging consumer and professional skincare demonstrations that highlight product innovation and results. 
  • Support in-store events, retailer promotions, and VIP client experiences. 
  • Partner with sales teams and retail partners to increase event attendance and maximize booking conversion. 
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and national brand activations. 
  • Ensure all events reflect the luxury standards, visual identity, and service excellence of the brand. 

3. Education & Training
 

  • Deliver professional training sessions for spa staff, retail partners, and internal teams. 
  • Educate partners on: 
  • Product knowledge 
  • Skincare science and ingredients 
  • Treatment protocols 
  • Retail selling techniques 
  • Client consultation best practices 
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training programs. 
  • Support new product launches through educational workshops and demonstrations. 
  • Ensure partners are confident in delivering brand treatments and recommending products effectively. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, ingredients, and skincare technology. 

4. Field Support & Business Development
 


When not conducting events or education sessions, the Aesthetician will provide in-field support to strengthen brand presence and performance. Responsibilities include: 

  • Visiting retail partners and spas to support sales teams and strengthen relationships. 
  • Conducting treatment demonstrations and mini services to increase awareness and booking demand. 
  • Supporting sell-through and retail performance by educating staff and assisting with client consultations. 
  • Identifying opportunities for growth in spa services and retail sales. 
  • Ensuring visual merchandising and treatment spaces align with brand standards. 
  • Gathering competitive insights and market feedback from the field. 
  • Partnering with internal teams to help optimize strategy and execution. 

5. Travel & Regional Coverage
 

  • Travel 70% of your time within assigned territory to support spa partners, retailers, and events. 
  • Attend and support national brand events, education summits, and training conferences. 
  • Maintain a consistent presence in key markets to ensure strong brand representation and partner support. 
  • Manage travel logistics effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism and performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Valid Aesthetician license in good standing in home base state.
  • Advanced knowledge of facial techniques, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols ensuring that treatment execution is delivered consistently to brand standards. 
  • Luxury experience curation: demonstrated ability to build clientele and brand loyalty by delivering personalised and high-touch luxury experiences.  
  • Experience delivering professional training and education sessions; enjoys presenting, can inspire audiences and deliver education with credibility. 
  • Relationship building and partnership development: is able to engage customers, retailers and spa partner with presence to drive brand awareness and brand affinity. 
  • Event execution and brand storytelling: experience executing brand events or retail activations driving ROI by planning for events and maximising opportunities. 
  • Adaptability and problem solving.
