Board Certification: Must be board certified or board eligible in Thoracic & Cardiac Surgery with a clean background/nothing that will prevent further credentialing/licensure

We offer a top-tier compensation package designed to reward your expertise and ensure long-term success:
Guaranteed Annual Earnings: Over $1MM/year - Generous base salary plus RVU production incentive
Performance: High-value production incentive, paid quarterly.
Paid Call: $1,500 per day after day 7 equating to an additional ~$12,000 monthly
Incentives: Up to $75,000 Commencement (paid on first check) and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment
