What You'll Do

• Generate appointments for our sales team through face-to-face homeowner interactions 

• Work outdoors with a high-energy team 

• Learn advanced communication and persuasion skills 

• Compete daily and weekly for bonuses, incentives, and recognition 

• Develop leadership skills that translate into future management opportunities 

No sales closing required.

Your job is to create opportunities and set qualified appointments.

Compensation

Guaranteed Base Pay

• $22/hour 

Performance Bonuses

• Uncapped earning potential 

• Top performers regularly earn an additional $2,000-$4,000+ monthly 

• Weekly and monthly contests 

• Leadership promotion opportunities 

Typical Earnings

• First-Year: $55,000-$80,000+ 

• Top Canvassers: $85,000-$100,000+

Requirements

• Valid driver's license 

• Reliable transportation 

• Ability to walk several miles daily 

• Comfortable working outdoors 

• The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs

• Available Monday-Saturday 

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
