Elite Force Account Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and grow 150+ existing accountsActively call on prospective accounts via phone to grow the businessDevelop and market to an active prospect databaseDevelop and maintain a strong product knowledge of our line and competing items in the marketAnalyze and resolve dealer/consumers specialized technical questionsMonitor, administrate, and engage in social media through video, online forums, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and website including reviewsAttend required shows and events including military simulated games, trade shows, and product demonstrations to promote products for consumers/dealers including weekend travel 1-2 times per monthAssist with developing new innovative products and accessories QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SETS:Bachelor's Degree preferredRetail experience a plusGraphic Designs a plusSales experience requiredMust be familiar with web marketing technologies and content managementExcellent organizational skills required with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiencyMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be motivated to excel on own merit to develop solutionsMust have the ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong phone skills with a service attitudeComputer skills which includes Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with Airsoft (playing) a plus
