Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance coverage for new and existing clients.

Develop and maintain a strong referral network within the Easton community.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential policyholders.

Guide clients through the claims process with clarity and empathy.

Regularly review client accounts to ensure protection levels remain adequate as life circumstances change.

Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the underwriting and policy issuance process.

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Deep understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
