POSITION: ELL Summer School Paraeducator - Secondary
LOCATION: Nashua High School North
DAYS/TIMES: July 6, 2026 to July 30, 2026 (Monday-Friday: 7:30AM - 11:30AM)
SALARY RANGE: $18.01 Per Hour
Internal Paraeducators will be paid their current hourly rate.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Title 1 Schools require Highly Qualified Status that would include either an Associate's Degree or an equivalent two years of college, Bachelor degree, Paraeducator II certification or successfully pass the Praxis for paraeducators highly qualified status.
EXPLANATION OF PARAEDUCATORS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Instructional Paraeducator: Under the direction of the classroom teacher the Paraeducator assists in the implementation and reinforcement of the instructional curriculum, helps prepare and administer testing, provide input to teachers, guidance counselors, and school administration regarding student performance.
