EM assembler II

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to build, wire, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work, reading technical drawings, and working with precision tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
• Perform electrical panel assembly and point-to-point wiring
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and BOMs
• Route cables, install wiring harnesses, and integrate components into final assemblies
• Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in electro-mechanical, electrical, or mechanical assembly within a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex wire routing and large wire-run builds
• Capital equipment or large machine assembly experience
• Experience in clean room or regulated manufacturing environments
