Description
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to build, wire, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work, reading technical drawings, and working with precision tools.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electro-mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
Perform electrical panel assembly and point-to-point wiring
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and BOMs
Route cables, install wiring harnesses, and integrate components into final assemblies
Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues
Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers
Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in electro-mechanical, electrical, or mechanical assembly within a manufacturing setting
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with complex wire routing and large wire-run builds
Capital equipment or large machine assembly experience
Experience in clean room or regulated manufacturing environments
