Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior and lifecycle stage<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high -performing lifecycle content<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track and optimize key metrics: open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, and reactivation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Lead A/B testing across subject lines, templates, timing, and frequency<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 2–3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Hands -on experience with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Braze, Iterable, or Mailchimp<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong grasp of customer journeys, automation logic, and engagement KPIs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Analytical mindset with the ability to turn retention data into actionable strategy<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience with:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> SMS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Push notifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> In -app messaging<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
