Position Summary
Are you passionate about creating personalized customer experiences that drive engagement and business growth? As the Email & Marketing Automation Manager, you'll lead the planning, coordination, development, and optimization of Standard Process' email and SMS marketing programs. In this role, you'll build and manage both single-send campaigns and automated customer journeys that support key company initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business results. As our subject matter expert for email marketing and marketing automation, you'll leverage audience segmentation, personalization, testing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to create meaningful customer experiences, improve engagement, and help advance our mission of changing lives through nutrition.

What You'll Do
- Create and optimize email campaigns that support product launches, promotions, practitioner education, and customer engagement initiatives
- Build and manage automated email and SMS journeys that help deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time
- Develop targeted audience segments and personalized communications using customer engagement and behavioral data
- Create, maintain, and enhance marketing automation workflows that improve customer experiences and support business goals
- Partner with Brand, Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other teams to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life
- Manage SMS marketing campaigns and automated text message programs that support key company initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness
- Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experiences
- Provide campaign reporting and performance insights to help guide future marketing efforts
- Serve as the go-to resource for email marketing, SMS communications, and marketing automation best practices
- Support audience management, campaign setup, data quality initiatives, and marketing technology improvements
- Help ensure communications follow deliverability, subscription management, and consent best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall marketing program effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing, SMS marketing, and marketing automation
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field required
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related digital marketing discipline
- Experience building and optimizing email campaigns, customer journeys, nurture programs, and automation workflows
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and leveraging data to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and analytics platforms

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work on-site at our Headquarters in Palmyra, WI at least two days per week
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and business priorities while meeting deadlines
- Experience managing SMS marketing programs and multi-channel nurture campaigns
- Experience with audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and personalization strategies
- Marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, or CRM platform certifications preferred
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience is preferred
