Job Description:
Job Summary
The Email Marketing Automation Specialist supports the execution of e-mail communications campaigns in key segments across the organization. They provide project management support by specifically managing key execution components (e.g., creation of email assets, including forms and landing pages, monitoring schedules, testing e-mail campaigns, tracking and reporting email KPIs, etc.). This position is involved in technical maintenance within the email platform.
Job Duties
Attends project planning meetings to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and other e-mail calendar events.
Creates all digital assets required for e-mail communications campaigns, following campaign strategy and governance documentation provided. This includes:
Email assets using dynamic content and segmentation
Email tagging
Landing Page creation
Form Creation
Reports
Traffics e-mail development schedules to ensure appropriate adherence to timelines.
Disseminates routing and reviews concepts, copy, and layout with stakeholders to compile feedback.
Tests e-mail messages to ensure quality standards are met prior to deployment; reporting broken elements to project manager, and e-mail service provider
Monitors email KPIs such as Open Rate and Click To Open Ratio, and direct revenue. Also works in Adobe Analytics to monitor traffic created from emails. Manages dashboards and segments.
Reports back to manager and provides insights from email performance.

The position is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and will require commuting to the office. Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position. Candidates must be currently in the same geographic location or willing to relocate independently.
