We are looking for a Content & Design Analyst to lead the planning, creation, and execution of customer communications across digital channels. This role combines content strategy, graphic design, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making to deliver engaging customer experiences that drive conversion, loyalty, and business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, highly organized, and passionate about using technology and innovation to optimize marketing performance.

What youll do

• Plan, create, and execute customer communication strategies across channels such as Email Marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital touchpoints.
• Design high-quality marketing assets and content aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Partner closely with marketing teams across multiple brands to ensure the successful delivery of services and campaigns.
• Coordinate and lead content and design initiatives, collaborating with CRM, analytics, product, automation, and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, graphic design, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices in content marketing, design, and user experience to drive innovation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing consultation and support to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.

About you

• Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives in marketing, content, or design environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and internal client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools for content generation, graphic design, and marketing optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML and marketing automation technologies is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
