HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTUREAs the Email Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of EWTN's email and SMS marketing efforts to support the Network's mission of sharing the Gospel worldwide. You will create engaging donor and audience communication journeys, drive subscriber growth and retention, improve donor lifetime value, and leverage data‑driven insights to strengthen relationships with current, future, and lapsed supporters. Working collaboratively across departments, you will ensure marketing campaigns are effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and optimize email and SMS marketing programs, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, campaign execution, deliverability, compliance, and performance reporting.Oversee list health, testing strategies, subscriber growth initiatives, and donor engagement efforts while utilizing analytics to improve acquisition, cultivation, and retention outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and technology partners to enhance campaign effectiveness, expand marketing capabilities, and implement innovative strategies that maximize audience engagement.Maintain campaign calendars, monitor industry trends and privacy regulations, supervise the Email and SMS Marketing Specialist, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis.QUALIFICATIONSAt least seven years of email marketing experience and two to three years of SMS marketing experience.Expertise in segmentation, analytics, compliance, deliverability, and marketing automation platforms.Proven track record of growing and optimizing email and SMS programs, understanding donor behavior and conversion metrics.Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to leadership and cross‑functional teams.Comfortable working with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Virtuous, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar systems; technical knowledge to troubleshoot deliverability and data‑related issues.Creative, innovative approach with passion for engaging donor audiences.Experience in nonprofit fundraising, subscription or sustainer programs, project management tools, and design is a plus.Practicing Catholic with a passion for EWTN's mission.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.BENEFITSCareer with purpose and contribution to EWTN's mission.Caring environment valuing family and work‑life balance.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance and retirement savings plan.11 paid holidays and a generous paid time off program.Tuition reimbursement partnership with Catholic International University.Spiritual enrichment: freedom to participate in Mass, visit the chapel for prayer or attend an annual retreat.Opportunity to learn alongside legacy employees while bringing new ideas to the growing team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
