Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $46.00/hr - $49.00/hrDuration: 12 months contractJob DescriptionDevelop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis.Identifying opportunities for email optimization and implementing A/B testing to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement rates.Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practicesEmail automation for Salesforce Automation CloudJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysisWeekly cycle – by end of week, plan for next week. Testing certain activations. Responsible for building emailsSet up the template in HTMLBuild a campaign in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to prepare for next week's launchThe manager provides details, individuals look for optimizationsMon/Tues pulling data/performance metrics for business review on TuesdayTues-Weds building and pivoting based on performanceFriday planning for next cycleCreate emails on a weekly basis, pulling reportsSome tickets, Asana, Quip, Knak (new tool for building emails, currently onboarding and will be the opportunity to learn this)Highly collaborative role – driven by managers but room for ownership3-5 ideas for tactical experimentation and implemented by individuals5 campaigns/weekRequirements:2+ years of experience as an email marketer or a marketing role.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, and other marketing automation tools.Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Comfortable with shifting and pivotingSalesforce Marketing Cloud experienceDegree/Certification:A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related fieldWould consider Associates with equal industry experiencePreferred:3-4+ years of experience email marketer or a marketing roleStart up experienceExperience in Medical/Health marketingTop 3 must-have hard skillsSalesforce Marketing Cloud Experience (SFMC)2+ years of experience as an email marketer or a marketing roleStrong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR and CAN-SPAM complianceAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
