Contract: 18-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $28-32/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, onsite 4 days/week

Location: Addison, TX (Local candidates only)

We are seeking an Email Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing team in executing highly targeted email campaigns, promotions, events, and digital communications. This role will partner closely with marketing and communications teams to build, deploy, optimize, and track campaigns while ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute email marketing campaigns, including list uploads, data extensions, testing, deployment, optimization, and reporting

• Manage and maintain contact databases within Marketing Cloud/ESP platforms

• Pull audience data, upload proofs, and support campaign automation efforts

• Monitor campaign performance and leverage data and analytics to drive improvements

• Troubleshoot email marketing system issues as needed

• Collaborate with technical, creative, business, and marketing teams to support communication initiatives

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, including working directly within marketing automation platforms

• Experience with email campaign setup, audience segmentation, data extensions, testing, and deployment

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects

• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email marketing platforms

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
