LOCATION: Ambler, PA — Hybrid, 3 days onsite / 2 days remote; 5 days onsite during training

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to help manage the day-to-day execution of digital email campaigns from initial request through final send. The ideal candidate brings hands-on campaign experience, excellent editorial judgment, strong organizational ability, and a disciplined approach to quality control and performance reporting.
Responsibilities- Build, prepare, schedule, and launch email campaigns while keeping deliverables on track.
- Manage campaign workflows, including requests, deadlines, approvals, revisions, testing, and final deployment.
- Review submitted campaign materials to identify missing information or issues before production begins.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on copy, creative, formatting, links, and other campaign elements before release.
- Produce and evaluate test sends to identify errors and confirm readiness for launch.
- Partner with marketing and creative stakeholders to manage changes, approvals, and final campaign updates.
- Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives against established deadlines.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues affecting scheduled sends or automated email activity.
- Track campaign results and support reporting, analysis, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications- At least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting or executing email marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating email projects through planning, review, testing, approval, and deployment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading capability with a strong focus on campaign accuracy.
- Experience reviewing campaign content, layouts, links, and other details as part of a formal quality-control process.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability related to email campaign results or marketing performance.
- Proven ability to organize multiple campaigns, priorities, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and creative stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
