You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of email and SMS campaigns as well as targeted and automated communication for FitLab's event brands, Ragnar and XPT. This will include building emails, tracking campaign performance, A/B testing, spearheading communication automation, supporting lead-generation strategies, and more. This role will be responsible for maintaining healthy databases, following email and SMS best practices, tracking spam and bounce rates, and playing a critical role in FitLab's marketing offense.
