Manager Of Email And Sms OperationsIntegrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. We are hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to strategically lead the direction and execution of email campaigns for IMS. What You'll Do:You'll manage and lead the Email Development Team responsible for configuring and working in Bloomreach, and coding and sending emails and SMS. In addition, you'll also be responsible for:Establishing technical direction for our emails and SMS.Serving as an expert in tools used to manage and send emails and SMS.Managing the work being done by Email Developers and Email Coordinators.Guiding the team doing regular maintenance and updates to the different email programs and tools.Ensuring the email team produces and maintains clean, efficient and standards-compliant code for existing and new platforms.Researching best practices for email design and tools and actively distributing that information to team members as needed.
