Overview

Client is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, implement, and integrate embedded software supporting missile programs and flight testing of missile subsystems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze software requirements for missile subsystem applications.
  • Develop software architecture and design for embedded systems.
  • Implement embedded software using C++.
  • Deploy, debug, and integrate embedded software on hardware.
  • Support software integration activities tied to flight testing.
  • Communicate technical solutions and program needs to leadership.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years.
  • Experience in software engineering and software development.
  • Knowledge and experience with Embedded Linux.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming.
  • Experience deploying, debugging, and integrating embedded software on hardware.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Skills or Experience

  • Experience working with multi-disciplined engineering teams.
  • Experience designing ground system embedded software.
  • Experience with GitLab.
  • Software integration and verification experience.
