Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of embedded software for automotive ECUs.

• Translate customer specifications into software requirements and system architecture.

• Analyze system requirements, design software architecture, implement code, and verify real-time embedded systems.

• Collaborate with customers, program managers, and engineering teams to define and refine product requirements.

• Develop and support software validation strategies, including manufacturing, EMC, and environmental testing.

• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of software-related issues.

• Drive continuous improvement of software tools, methodologies, and development processes.

• Support delivery of projects within defined quality, timing, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.

• 5+ years of real-time embedded software development experience.

• Strong programming experience in C, C++, and Assembly.

• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and communication protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional engineering teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
