This role supports production by inspecting, preparing, packaging, and organizing embroidered garments while maintaining exceptional quality standards.What You'll Do
Trim threads and remove excess backing from embroidered garments
Steam garments to remove hoop marks
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Fold, bag, label, and package completed orders
Pick, pack, and organize customer orders
Assist embroidery machine operators as needed
Maintain organized workstations and production flow
Help meet production goals while maintaining quality
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Embroidery, production, warehouse, or textile experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
