Embroidery Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 04:00pm)

• Operate embroidery machines to produce custom logos, designs, and lettering on garments and materials
• Load garments, thread machines, and monitor production quality to ensure accurate stitching and design placement
• Inspect finished products for defects, loose threads, or quality issues before packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and production guidelines
• Assist with order preparation, material handling, and meeting daily production deadlines

Embroidery Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous embroidery, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
• Basic computer and machine operation skills
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
