Embroidery Machine Operator | Evenings

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Location: Grandview, MO

Penmac Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing and decorating facility in the Grandview area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have embroidery experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment where quality and attention to detail are essential.Requirements for the Embroidery Machine Operator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of embroidery experience
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a production environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly during the workday

Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate multi-head embroidery machines safely and efficiently
• Set up embroidery jobs according to work orders and specifications
• Perform hooping, threading, ticketing, and machine adjustments
• Monitor thread and bobbin tensions to ensure quality production
• Identify and correct embroidery issues to minimize product loss
• Follow detailed work instructions provided by supervisors and managers
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Perform other duties as assigned
