Responsibilities include:- Leading the Emergency & Critical Care team
- Mentoring emergency clinicians, interns and developing veterinarians
- Working closely with the Medical Director and hospital leadership
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and scheduling
- Developing medical protocols and clinical standards
- Supporting technician training and education
- Building relationships with referring veterinary practices
- Driving operational efficiency and departmental growth
- Promoting collaboration across multiple specialist departments
