What You'll Do

As a Full-Time Emergency Department RN, you will:

• Deliver expert nursing care to pediatric emergency patients across a wide range of acuity levels.
• Rapidly assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Advocate for patients and families while providing education, emotional support, and compassionate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license (or eligible)
• BLS required
• PALS required (or obtained within designated timeframe)
• Previous Emergency Department and/or Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care

Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience

• Relevant ED/Critical Care RN Experience

Certification and Licensure

• PA Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification
• PALS within one year of hire
