Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver timely, high-quality care. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing safe, efficient emergency care.

Position Overview:

• Permanent, full-time role
• 36 hours per week
• Night shift
• EPIC electronic medical record system

Shift Details:

• 3 days per week - 12-hour shifts

Compensation & Incentives:

• Salary range: $75,000 - $97,000 (Depending on Experience)
• $10,000 sign-on bonus(For 2yr Commitment)
• 3 months provided housing. Relocation Assistance of $5000 for 1 year commitment, $10,000 Relocation Assistance for 2 year commitment

Requirements:

• ASN or BSN in Nursing (Diploma in Nursing also considered)
• Must have a minimum of 2 years in emergency room. Must have experience in Trauma Level 1 or 2 within the last 2 years.
• Current AZ RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and assist with up to 100 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
